WOYWW?

To misquote a certain US cartoon character "mmmm Copics". As you can see I have been tempted and succumbed to the latest thing to hit the notsolocaltome craft store in Tidworth. Copic markers!

Had a little play to see what the differences are between these and Promarkers (which I may have had one or two of). Mainly, the nib of the smaller end of the Copics is more like a brush and there are waaay more colours, the pens themselves are thinner too, and aparently you can refill them.

The dragon piccie on the card above was a download from Dustin Pike http://dustinpike.blogspot.com/ who does the most fab cartoons just great for kids cards. The little girl sticking out underneath is a magnolia or something like that I got in a swap.

Have a good Wednesday everyone!

That's a lot of pens! Love the dragon.

Nice tight close up of your desk gal. I can reproduce that look...will talk about it tomorrow!

Linda Elbourne

The dragon is lovely ... the desk looks very organised from that angle ;0)

Oooooo copics! I was also in a notsolocaltome craft shop (love that!) today, and was ooo-ing and ahh-ing over some beautiful cards, when I realised that I could never reproduce the beautiful colouring on them. I am so envious of people that can do that! Can't wait to see more of your completed images.

Copics do look interesting and the colours make me just want to own them ... just to look at them lol

Carmen

Snap! What Angie said. I keep reading up about them and looking at tutorials but as a newbie stamper I don't *think* I do enough stamping to justify it... or do I?... No, no I don't :P

I love that shade of blue for the dragon.

Claireliz

Love the dragon.
